All sales of goods and services are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which supersede any verbal communications and any other contradictory policy appearing on this website elsewhere

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or transaction between TechStore4U.com and customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington regardless of conflicts of law rules. TechStore4U.com and Customer consent to resolve any dispute under the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of Washington, King County. The customer agrees not to bring any legal actions, including contract, equity, and tort, against TechStore4U.com that is more than one year after the date of purchase.

Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to adjust specifications and prices without notice. We are not responsible for errors in pricing or other errors appearing on our site. We reserve the right to correct errors appearing on this site.

Buyer is responsible for all applicable federal, state (Washington), local taxes or duties. Total amount due will include shipping and handling charges. Buyer agrees to pay amount due on the invoice. On all past-due accounts, the buyer agrees to pay interest at the maximum allowable rate under applicable law and for collection costs, including attorney’s fees, court and any other costs involved in the collection of past due accounts. TechStore4U.com retains a purchase money security interest in the goods, including all accessions to and replacements of the goods, until the Buyer has made the payment in full. The Buyer agrees to fully cooperate with TechStore4U.com in all procedures (such as completing a Uniform Commercial Code financing statement and accomplishing such filing or recordings) TechStore4U.com deems necessary to protect its purchase money security interest.

Orders are not binding until it is accepted by TechStore4U.com; payments must be received before an order will be accepted. We reserve the right to defer shipments or cancel unshipped orders if the buyer fails to make payments in accordance with our Terms. TechStore4U.com reserves the right to review all orders; regardless of any confirmation receipt sent to the customer, we may accept or decline any order for any reason.

TechStore4U.com accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Wire Trasfer. Cash payments are NOT accepted.

Limitation of Liability

TechStore4U.com MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF PRODUCTS SOLD. IN NO EVENT SHALL TechStore4U.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION.

TechStore4U.com DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Images are shown for representational purposes only. In the event that actual images of a product are unavailable, TechStore4U.com reserves the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information.

Titles to goods being purchased are retained by TechStore4U.com until goods are paid for by the purchaser. Goods will be shipped F.O.B. shipping point, meaning title and risk of loss passes to purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. TechStore4U.com will provide estimated shopping dates but we will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays or damages associated with delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of a higher being or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, civil disobedience, natural disasters, fires, freight embargoes, lockouts and strikes.

POLICIES AND AGREEMENT

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. TechStore4U.com is not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a product to a customer at a price that is wrongly priced on our site. TechStore4U.com does not offer technical support or warranty. Products sold come with original manufacture warranty.

Online Orders

All orders must be reviewed and accepted. Orders will be processed within one to three business days once payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be held pending until the next business day. Some orders may be delayed if items are not in stock.

TechStore4U takes no responsibility for inaccurate order information (credit card number, shipping address, shipping method, order total, etc.).  The customer will be responsible for checking the accuracy of the order information before submitting the order. 

Changes to your order can only be made if your order has not already been charged. Please contact during our business hours to request a change to your order - sales@TechStore4U.com

Cancellations can only be made on orders that have NOT shipped. TechStore4U.com will not accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. Please Email during our business hours to cancel an order that has not been shipped - sales@TechStore4U.com

The purchaser/buyer agrees that if the purchase is cancelled after the close of business on the date that the credit card is charged, and there is no fault by TechStore4U, a fifteen (15%) fee may be charged at TechStore4U's discreation.

Back Orders

Unavailable items will be placed on back order while the remainder of your order will be shipped. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is required for orders shipped within the state of Washington. All orders shipped within the sate of Washington will be charged 9.5% sales tax.

• UPS 2nd Day Ai
• UPS Next Day Air 

Your shipping status will be available for you at our website.  Sorry we do not ship to P.O Box or APO on large items.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All of our packages are insured. If a package is deemed lost by UPS, then we will refund or replace the package. However we must be notified of the lost package(s) within 14 days of the invoice date to be able to file a lost package claim. After this period, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.

Packages will be delivered to the specified address listed by the customer. Please understand that TechStore4U.com cannot control who the recipient of the package will be. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been delivered. Proof of dispatch of merchandise will bind the customer.

Manufactures Warranty, Service, and Support

TechStore4U does not offer any technical assistance. All requests for service must be handled directly with the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
