All products carry a warranty unless specifically noted otherwise.

To return a product to TechStore4U, Please obtain a RMA number by:

For faster service, please have the following information on hand:

  • customer name
  • invoice number/order number
  • the nature of the problem.

Prior to the return of any product to TechStore4U, you must obtain an RMA number. Product returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the shipper at the shipper's expense.

Physically damaged items will not be accepted for return.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable due to carrier costs.

Our Returns Policy is subject to the following:

  • An RMA number must be requested within (14) days of the delivery date. After (14) days have elapsed, the customer should contact the applicable warranty provider.
  • Returned product will be accepted only after the issuance of an RMA number.
  • Returned product must be complete, in original boxes and packaging materials and contain all software, accessories and blank warranty cards provided at time of original purchase. Customer will be charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged or altered products and accessories.
  • Non–defective returns could be charged a fifteen percent re–stocking fee in appropriate circumstances. For non–defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and must ship the product to TechStore4U within (7) business days of the date the RMA is issued.
  • We do not take any responsibilities for installation, misused, damage to customer system or product. We do not take any responsibilities for lost time, wages or any other loss or damages which may occur in the process of use of our product. We do not accept any software, which been opened or used. You should give us detailed description of the reason for return. A product which has been claimed by customer defective, but has been tested good in our facility, will be subject to 15% restocking fee.
  • In the event that a product received by the customer is defective and the product has been removed from the country after delivery within the USA, the buyer must return the product to the ship–to address listed on the invoice. Seller will not be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees related to this return. Taking a product permanently out of the USA may void the warranty. Please check with individual manufacturers for specifics.
  • We will pay, shipping charges for replacement product that we ship to you. Most of our products carry our vendor warranty.
